Big price difference in part - false economy?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I need to buy a speed sensor for my MK1.

Here is a link to the list of manufacturers selling the part. From other websites I get the impression it's supposed to be around £25-30 but as you can see in the link, some have one for under £13.

Do these manufacturers have a reputation for low quality or is this roughly supposed to be price and I've just seen inflated ones?

Thanks.

As a supplier AutoDoc are a good company. I doubt they would knowingly sell poor quality parts as they will then get lots of returns.

Buy something which has a lot of reviews and a 5 star rating and you should be safe.

Did you miss this bit?
