Sounds awful, but I’ve never driven a 3 cylinder so who knows.

September at the dealer according to the book. Any thoughts as to the cause? 

Think I would be taking it back and asking their opinion.

Already made the call. Tried to claim it was normal, then would only offer me their next diag slot on the 19/02. Waiting on a call back from boss man tomorrow. 

Yeah that is not normal. either timing is off from that sound or your fan might be rubbing on something.
