Sorry if this is asked before but i can seem to find how to fix it, My car (Ford Focus Style 1.4 80PS, 2008) keeps going into limp mode, i checked the fault codes and im getting 

P1632 [0x1632] Smart Alternator Faults Sensor/Circuit Malfunction Smart Alternator Faults Sensor/Circuit Malfunction Status: Test conditions are met, Validated and stored in non volatile memory, Validated fault present at time of request 

U0140 [0xC140] Data bus, body control module (BCM) - no communication Status: Pending fault present, Validated and stored in non volatile memory, Validated fault present at time of request 

U0001 [0xC001] Controller area network (CAN) data bus, high speed bus Status: Pending fault present, Validated and stored in non volatile memory, Validated fault has been present during this drive cycle.

Ive checked the wire to the alternator and the charge volt seems to be right, i also checked a few fuses that could be related to it and all seem fine

    From the communication error codes it could well be the common cracked solder joint problem on the instrument cluster main connector. There are multiple threads on this forum about it if you do a search.
