Mk4 focus Outer b pillar moulding

Hi ,I'm wanting to change my drivers side door moulding as my one has a bit of damage.

Has anyone on here done one of these and is it an easy job.

Been looking online but there's nothing on changing one for mk4

    I haven't done it.

    Best I can offer is a diagram, showing an apparent screw from behind the trim.  And an ebay ad showing what the reverse looks like.

    I suspect the lower window scraper needs to be carefully lifted out using a trim tool.  The window needs to be lowered all the way down.  Then the screw needs to be removed from inside the trim.  And finally twist the trim away from the pillar to break the sealant line.  Take your time and I'm sure you'll work it out as you go.
