My front windscreen vent can't be turned on by any setting on the dials. The only way for me to open them is to go behind the glove box and pull the dial all the way down and even then the air coming out is pretty weak. What's annoying is that the car will close the front windscreen vent by itself when the car is off or ignition is on. The level behind the glove box will move and I can hear the vents closing.. So the air will stop coming out the windscreen vent and be changed to the front vents without me pushing any buttons. None of them are on when this happens.

Is there some setting to change this as it's really annoying. I already changed the fuses for the windscreen thinking it was broken but nope, the car just keeps closing them.

This is a semi-smart feature.  It's designed to prevent a cold screen getting damp air blown on it which would keep condensing.  So when you first start the car, it won't be on windscreen until the air is warmer and/or AC is switched on.  And it keeps the vent closed overnight to prevent damp outside air blowing onto it so you don't come to a streaming windscreen the next morning.

The fault seems to be that the vents never go back to windscreen using the dials.  This sounds like a fault with the dial panel, so I would try replacing that with a good used part from ebay or a breakers yard first.
