Headlight Malfunction

Featured Replies

My wife's 2015 Focus Titanium X came up with the Headlight Malfunction message on the dash and the drivers side headlight would not automatically level, also the main beam won't work on that side either. I scanned the car with Forscan and it came up with this

B1088

B1439 - Right Levelling Actuator

B14DA - Right Headlamp Light Distribution Actuator

B1D65 - Right Headlamp Swiveling Motor.

Can I replace the Headlight Control Module or does this mean a new headlight?

New headlight 👍

If you want to check you can always swap the headlights over (of course they don't fit so you will just have to hold them) and see if the fault changes side.
