Ethanol death fuel is why Wet belts fail

Featured Replies

Just reading Professional Motor Mechanic - freebie mag that’s been going 25 years - its states the main increase in wet belt engine failures is primarily driven by Ethanol death fuel - another side effect of the joys of acetic acid (I already knew that garbage fuel grows acetic acid - its what etches metal and helps the water that filth absorbs cause nasty corrosion on sender units, pumps and injectors)

But its those same bugs that grow in Ethanol that create the acetic acid that eats your wet belts - hence why regular oils changes with ones that offset the mess, help the belts last last longer - as would buying fresh fuel you use up quickly

Big boy Bike Tuner near me claims Ethanol death fuel really has a 28 day shelf life.... and its mostly delivered at 3 weeks old before you use it to ruin your car...

The other great side effect - from seed to fuel - creating Ethanol death fuel actually uses more energy to create than we get from burning it...  so its actually worse for the planet - but and here's the magic, it is another way for your government to make you poorer - Peston last night pointed out had the appallingly pathetic wage rises that stopped pretty much dead in 2008 - carried on trending (way behind inflation - as it was) the average wage earner today would have an extra £286 quid in their weekly pay packet

And if you still don’t feel you're being robbed...   Saudi can convert dead dinosaurs to petrol for $10 a barrel - and in the 70's it was $100 a barrel - so where's the other £1.10 per litre you're paying going - that’s right its funding the rich filth stealing your savings, stopping your wage rise, and ruining everything
