hi all new to this so here goes,

2011 ranger thunder 2.5 diesel er61 ,replaced the front wheel bearing  now when i tieghten up the hub nut the bearing locks up and cannot turn the wheel. its all free hub turns and drive shaft is ok  . anyone else had this issue p.s it is the right bearing 🤔

    I had this on another car a while ago.  The new circlip supplied with the bearing was slightly too large, so it was getting caught under the hubnut/washer when tightened.  I'm not familiar with the Ranger bearings but that's the sort of thing I'd check for.
