Fiesta ST Line MK8 Bonnet latch replacement!

Featured Replies

I have a 2018 (67) Fiesta ST Line MK8 1.0 Ecoboost. After typing my reg in to the Ford official website it says my car isn’t compatible with any of the bonnet latches. For context my bonnet latch seems to be broken (apparently a very common issue), the dash keeps popping up a message claiming my bonnet is open and my alarm has been going off at random intervals at night disturbing the neighbours. I can’t seem to find a replacement part anywhere and was wondering if anyone knew where I could find this or suggest an alternate solution. My vehicle reg is WO67 EKC.

Thank you guys

Ford's parts website is rather poor.  Pay a visit to your local dealership.

Or just Hotwire the Sensor. That just means that if someone does break into the Engine Compartment via the Bonnet then the Alarm will not go off.
