Engine rattle.

Hi, we have a 2024 Puma Titanium,

Or problem is that the engine has a metallic rattle on start up only from cold, its not very loud. 

I have reported this to our Ford dealer, but they cannot hear it, does anyone have any idea or having the same experience.

We look forward to hearing from anyone with the same problem.

    It has a timing chain, probably just that till the oil gets warm.
