Seat Belt Stalk

Featured Replies

I bought a used drivers seat belt stalk for a uk rhd 2008 mk2 Focus and when I went to fit it I found that the one already on car had two cables one with a yellow connector and one with a purple connector but the one I bought only had one cable with a yellow connector, does anyone know exactly which model this is off as I want to re sell it and want to make sure I put correct model in description. I have since found a used correct one. Thanks

The orange connector is for the belt pre-tensioner.  The purple connector is for the seatbelt warning on the dash.

I'm not aware of any Mk2 Focus not having a drivers seatbelt warning so wonder whether you were sent a passenger seat buckle instead.  Can you see a manufacturing part number on it anywhere?  It'll be in the form of XXXX-XXXXX-XX.
