Hi, Ive searched but cant find anything on this. Maybe im not searching correctly but..........
I am thinking about getting the big screen all in one replacement android unit to replace my little screen.
Everything I have looked at has sync 1 but its a different sync 1 to what I have. I just wanted to know if there were any differences between the 2.
The below one is mine and the one below it is the one i keep seeing on everything.

Also reading more info I think maybe the above is a 4.2 screen and mine is a 5 inch screen? Would this be about right?

 

It's Sync 1 but you just have a different fascia front plate than the majority of models came with. It's the stuff going on behind the screen that you need to be concerned about.

If I were you I would check the topics on here that cover the Sync 3 upgrades as they both contain information at the beginning of the thread which will be useful to know before you purchase a unit or start dismantling your existing setup.

If you're not sure what you are doing get someone involved who does, I did when doing a Sync 3 plus reverse camera upgrade and it's been brilliant since I did it, really pleased with it.
