As a newbie to Ford, I am already dissatisfied with my local Ford main dealer.

I would love to know members experience and their recommended garage for Ford servicing.

I live in South East Essex (Basildon), but would be willing to travel to find the best independent Ford garage for servicing.

    As a long standing, returning customer to Ford (26 new cars from 1999-2019), I am also dissatisfied with my local Ford main dealer.

    That's why I moved to BMW

    As you are out of warranty (?) I can only suggest you look at local independents discuss what you expect from them and see who, to you, seems to know what they are talking about and has the attitude you require.
    Main dealer prices are likely stupidly high (never needed one since warranty ran out)
    If, after, for example, a service you find any issues that can't be resolved in a friendly way, then find another garage?
    I think it's a matter of building a long term trusting relationship (ideally by personal recommendation)?

    Cost is not the issue, it is just a question of decent servicing.  Not looking to bash Main Dealers, just want to know if any Essex members could recommend a good independent Ford service agent.
