Haynes manual I happen to have for the 2013-2017 Fiesta

My copy is arriving today so next week will be centre console week!

I'll have a look around particularly at fig 24.9 as those look to be the exact match for the screws I found.

Afterwards I found the 2 mysterious screws on the passenger seat.

SOLVED SOLVED SOLVED!

Eternal thanks to rd457.

My Haynes manual arrived today and sure enough the mysterious screws are from the positions in Chapter 11 Image 24.9.

So not only are they Ford screws but why on earth have they been removed to start with?  I knew it was tosh they’d fallen out of a pocket.

Thanks again to everyone who has helped and replied.

I don't want to burst your investigatory bubble, but, in my experience they're Mercedes Benz/Volkswagen/MAN Trucks T20 screws.... 😉

My bubble is intact and and labelled ‘Resolved’

See my previous post for where they went.
