Interior alarm Fiesta Titanium

Featured Replies

My dog sets off interior alarm.. Reduced guard is set and car locked. After 10 seconds the alarms wail terrifying poor old dog. Garage says the movement inside causes the alarm (I know!) and shows alarm is working perfectly. FordUK suggests to take it to a garage if faulty. Is it? Does no one else lock their dog in car for a few minutes to pop into shop? Advice please.

Did it use to work, or has it gone 'faulty'? Normally to deactivate the interior sensor, you plip the lock function on the fob twice in quick succession...

EDIT

Ignore above advice, I appear to be talking b*lox! 😂 See below...

Set reduced guard but don't double lock, just single press

And you have to set the alarm within 30 seconds, I believe, of setting reduced lock

If it still keeps going off after that get set up on FORScan and deactivate the alarm
