I recently wanted to replace my o/s door mirror assembly that had been damaged in a knock but could not find any info, so today I decided to tackle it and supply instructions, hopefully to help anyone wishing to do the same.Firstly I apologise that I didn't make note of socket sizes that I used.

Remove 2 x off hex screws from bottom of door panel, remove red reflector from panel and remove hex head screw, pop out window switch cluster and remove 2 x off hex bolts.This next bit held me up, with a very fine pointed blade remove the plastic cover behind the door release catch and then remove hex bolt.

Next pop off the door card with trim tools, remove 2x off plastic studs that hold the plastic window trim and remove trim, exposing the bolts that hold the mirror assembly on, (remembering how it came off).

Unplug mirror and remove 3 x off bolts holding assembly.

To re- assemble follow instructions in reverse order.

    Make sure to put the door card back on when you drive it again. I went to the supermarket and I couldn't open the door because the door card was missing. I had to wait overnight in the carpark before someone came and freed me.
