Orange engine light and engine malfunction message

Featured Replies

1.6 tdci 64 plate focus 70,000 miles

Hi, I've had a lot of issues with an engine light and malfunction message. Originally pdf pressure sensor,so changed twice - not that! Told it must be the loom, so had it checked - not that! Told it must be the ECU. It was sent off for repair and they couldn't find a fault- not that. Then the car behaves itself for a month. Engine light on and car a bit sluggish especially up long hills. Diagnosed with Air mass and/or 02 sensor playing up. Up to date the car is still sluggish especially up the long hills but no engine light or engine malfunction message for the last 460 miles! I've booked the car into a diesel specialist. I would appreciate any ideas you may have to repair the issues.

Thanks

Ken
