Ford Focus DRL flicker while turn signal on

Hey guys,

I have a 2019 Ford Focus ST-Line, and I noticed while stopped behind another car that the driver's side DRL flickers when the turn signal is active. It doesn't flicker in any other situation, only when I indicate left, when the hazard lights are on, or when I lock/unlock the car and the indicators flash once. Has anyone encountered this issue before?
