Hi guys  need some help from yourselves I've just cleaned my EGR valve put it all back together and now it's making  a clicking  noise  all the time even when I leave  it for 1hr  and go back to the car to check  it still going  pls if you can help

    Unplug and see if it stops to be certain it's coming from there?
    May need to have its parameters reset but don't quote me - I'm just guessing which I don't like (wait for more ideas?)

    Yes I've unplugged  it and it stops  the clicking  then when I plug it in again it starts again but doesn't stop thanks again  for trying  to help

    If you dismantled it, it's probably broken now.  But you can try using Forscan to first check any fault codes relating to EGR, and then reset the EGR learned adaptions as it may not have been put back together with exactly the same tolerances.
