Droning noise on acceleration

Hi, anyone got an idea as to what the droning noise could be when I accelerate, it's intermittent and tends to happen more from standing start and on hills. It's a mk 3.5 1.5 ecoboost. Thanks in advance.

    Does it only happen when the wife is in the passenger seat ? 🤣

    It's not serious at all, just really annoying.  If you search YouTube with that term, you can compare your noise to others on there.
