Looking to upgrade from the 4" sync 1 head unit to the 8" sync 3 head unit (pics attached), just wondering what I'll need and how complicated/expensive it will be? I've got a mk3.5 so the rest of the interior is built on the same shell as whatever car the sync 3 unit will have come from.

Any help appreciated, cheers!
