Steering lock engaged, turn steering wheel

Hi, im getting this message everytime i start my mk3 focus. Ive changed my key batteries, tried spare keys and wiggled the steering wheel whilst pressing push start but no luck. Any ideas?

    On keyless cars the steering lock is operated by a solenoid rather than a mechanical lock from the key.

    Sometimes, just like the mechanical lock, the solenoid can jam and needs the steering wheel to be jiggled to free it. If it happens all the time then maybe the solenoid isn't working properly anymore.

    Ive jiggled it and pushed start but no luck. Do you know what part I'd need? Ive ordered a keyless steering lock/mechanism. This is the first time its happened and can't get it to start.
