Does this work on all models, cuz I can't seem to get mine to do anything?

No.  Only those with 4 one-touch windows. 

Standard on Titanium & ST3.

Firstly, you need to have electric windows on all 4 doors.

They have to have 'one touch' open and also 'one touch' close on all 4 windows.

Lastly, the function needs to have been turned on in the BCM using FORScan.
