Hi ,hopefully somebody can help with this , got myself a ucds cable and started playing with it , went into the instrument panel control ,in there it asks to ugrade to ipc3 ,and ugrade to ambient ,i did both and now its stuck in dutch language ,ive tried all settings to change to english but it wont let me ,please help

Didn't you save the standard configuration before you started?

No i didnt know how to do that either 😞

I'm not sure about UCDS they're either fake leads and fake programs that destroy your modules or very expensive.

Get yourself set up on FORScan, go into IPC click "load factory asbuilt" at bottom of page and it will download factory configuration.

Press "write all" and it "should" revert back to standard

I tend to agree, and would not be connecting up a fake/clone UCDS to my car. You might find this recent post by Wilco surprising.

The plot thickens , thick ive bricked the clocks as it now seems the clocks are not the original and are from a focus 3.5 as they have the digital speedo , tried what you says with forscan is saying the blocks are not the same. are they for the bin now ?

They're not for the bin, but the issue you've created is way, way past my level of abilities.

You're going to need a good quality lead (V-Linker or OBDLink EX) and a paid FORScan licence, then FORScan support team will help you recover it.

If you haven't got the lead or the paid license FORScan will not help you

It needs the correct firmware putting back in, then the correct configuration
