There are approximately 12 sensors and 8 motors for the roof. I assume that you have already checked the fuse for the roof.

You need to use FORScan to read the DTC's so that you can find out what the reason is for the fault.

A 2015 Focus CC does not exist since production of the Focus CC stopped in 2010.

This fault can be literally anything from a defective sensor to a faulty hydraulic unit. I suggest to have a proper diagnostic performed using a Ford specific diagnostic system. Generic diagnostic systems will not show the manufacturer (Ford) specific DTC codes and usually cannot even diagnose the roof system.

Note that finding someone who actually has knowledge and experience to work on the Focus CC roof system is very difficult. Even Ford dealers do usually not even want to get involved with these. From my point of view your best bet will be a convertible roof specialist.

Also be aware that many parts of the Focus CC roof and window system are no longer available from Ford. Some parts can be obtained from aftermarket parts suppliers while others can only be obtained from scrap yards or specialized companies that can refurbish/repair existing parts.

The problem with the Focus CC roof keeps coming up on the forum from time to time. Take a read of this thread and then use FORScan to find out which of the switches is not operating correctly.
