Speedo stopped working

Hi all , so my speedometer has stopped working everything else on the dash is fine rev counter temp gauge and fuel gauge just speedometer is this down to the cluster topic is see a lot of posts about ???

    Probably. Also have you tried changing the fuse for the instrument cluster in the fusebox? They can do weird things when in need of changing. Just a simple thing to try before sending it off for repair

    One quick and dirty way to help identify if it’s the common cluster issue is to give the cluster or top of the dash a thump and see if things start working ok again if temporarily.

    And turn fog lamps on to see if the cluster LEDs come on - don’t often get used and connection to the LEDs can fail as part of the solder issue but you’d not notice if it’s been a while since the foglamps were needed.
