Hi everyone the problem i have is that when flooring accel. pedal it accelerates as usual BUT when it reaches 5,000 Revs its just as though a turbo has kicked in, but of course it don't have one, and it fly's, why, could it be something to do with it being a 16 valve engine, get you thinking caps on Fordies

    Sounds like you have "Type-R-itus" 😆

    It's probably totally normal, once you go over 4,500RPM you will be in full power and torque. That engine was always sweet as a nut at high revs
