Fuel filler flap stuck closed

Hi this morning I tried to refill my cars fuel at a petrol station however I couldn’t put the nozzle into the tank, the metallic flapper which usually presses inwards is now stuck in position. Any quick fixes for this as I am running out of fuel quickly. Thank you.

    Have you tried with the Ford plastic fuel filler funnel? 

    Or go to a different garage and use a different petrol pump. 

    You will not be able to open it just by pushing with your finger or a random item. It is designed to stop things being forced in.
