I have a focus titanium 2014.  The head unit has gone white but the radio , Bluetooth all still work. I have tried disconnecting it and reconnecting but the screen is still white. 
has anyone heard of this issue and what to do please advise?.

    The headunit is the box with all the functions in.  Sounds like that works fine, and you just need to replace the screen.  Plenty of used screens available online or at breakers yards.
