Part number for easy fuel funnel

Does anyone know the part number for the easyfuel funnel for the Diesel MK3.5 focus?

Mine didn't come with one and obviously the old one I have is for the petrol MK2 so won't fit.

Also is the fuel refill door suppose to lock when car is locked or is that only on models without easy fuel this happens?
