Featured Replies

Ive been having issues with my mileage not rising and Speedo (mph) not working all other dials work fine the needle gauge test works so the needle does work anyway plugged my cheap scanner in got fault code for speed output sensor got that changed dint make any difference then it was accompanied with other issues that I believe are linked while downshifting the batt light will come on while clutch is pressed soon as I depress the light goes out but the revs will drop massively they will either rise back to idle or go completely to the bottom make a weird sound and rise back to normal , it can also happen if I change into any lower gear and go round a corner the car will silently cut out no stalling you don’t even notice until your fully turning as I lose steering aswell, another issue is while on the motorway once I go above 50 the Tcs light comes on and mileage turns to dashes and then vibrates a bit at idle revs rise to a 1000 then I have to turn car off and back on to reset the fact this is all affecting the mileage is weird and the gear changes are not nice at all right now. I was told to buy Forscan to get the exact code but I got p1124 for the tps sensor and p1709 says pnp Out of test range for the clutch switch I thought this code only mattered to automatics so not sure why I’m getting it and no code for the vss although I’m getting 3 different readings for it but I don’t know which one is right . I’ve attached a few files from live data etc I’ve checked the earth point and my tps sensor levels are at 0.89 which seems fine to me is there something specific I should be looking for or to check ? Please help I’m losing the will to live apparently the clutch switch does cause it to stall but don’t see if i
