We have put in the correct code for the stereo but still say incorrect. Any ideas?

    How do you know it's the correct code?  Was it written on the radio itself?  If it's just on a card in the bookpack, the radio might have been replaced, with that code being for the old radio.

    I did try getting into the back of radio without taking it out but couldn’t see any code unfortunately. Gunna have to buy the keys to get it out

    Hello, is this the radio code? What I did to get it when I didn't have a code at all was I held down 1 and 6, it shows a bunch of stuff you wait for the radio serial number which starts with a v or some other letter I forgot this is near the end of the list of things  you take that number down, go to free ford radio codes.com and you put in the radio serial number and it generates a code  hope it helps.
