Iphone 3Gs Address Book & Bluetooth Settings Changes Possible?

hi guys,

Just joined this site as have just bought a Ford Fiesta XL 2010.

If I may ask when I use my phone via bluetooth, the iphone address book on Fiesta's screen reads last name 1st - how can I change this to read 1st name 1st?
