Rattle noise of the engine

When the car was in the garage yeasterday I asked about a rattle noise in hear with it especially when it's idling and when it's neer a wall lile at a drive through 

It's quite concerning when they have said at the garage that it's coming from the sump area 

It was on ford for a check up

Ive had a Scotia report 

A dakra report 

And a ace report and there opinions said its nothing to worry about but a mechanic says it needs investigating 

Ive tried to put it in to main dealer but there not intrested in it one bit as someone else has done work on it 

Advice please
