1.4tdci injector leak off hoses & fittings

I’ve had persistent problems with my 1.4tdci engine injector leak-off hoses and their injector fittings in my 146k mile 2007 Fusion Climate. Runs great now (after work) but continues to have leaks at the fittings that insert into the injectors and to which the leak-off hoses connect. Does anyone know of a source of these fittings that go into the sides of the injectors to which the leak off hoses attach? I don’t have a part number. I think if I can pop new ones into the injectors the leak off system will quit leaking. I hope! Thanks!
