Rubber seal around door

Featured Replies

I know this is a common issue with most mk3 focus duno exactly what the part is called and where to buy it I have a 2014 mk3 focus and the rubber that surrounds the door frame on all doors always comes away at the bottom have seen so many focus with same issue rubber dangling from the bottom and caught in door unfortunately someone has pulled mine off when it was hanging outside the door I need to replace it probably more than one I noticed in winter even my inside windows are iced or fogged up and wet am sure it down to these seals maybe gaps or whatever any advice please

These are just called 'door seals' or sometimes 'weatherstrips'.

You can buy them new from Ford but they aren't cheap.  Might be better off just buying some generic aftermarket seal and cutting it size.

Thanks Tom ye I reckon they not cheap and deffo not buying from Ford aftermarket should be fine if I find some

Their official name is "door primary seal"

Base number is 20530 front and 25324 rear

Because they're cut they will always come off

Try and glue the join together on the replacements

Ta Dave  its the one that goes around the door search for that or is there cheap ones 🤨

Around the inside edge of the door, yes. "Door primary seals"

Around the outside edge is a "door margin seal"

Around the door opening on the body is a "door aperture seal"
