Bubbling Noise from Engine After Timing Belt and Full Servic

I recently had a timing belt replacement and a full service performed on my 2017 Ford Focus 1.0 Ecoboost Engine. Since the service, I’ve noticed a bubbling or gurgling noise coming from the engine compartment after shutting off the engine. Could this be related to an overfilled coolant system, a potential head gasket issue, or something else entirely? I’d greatly appreciate your expert insights on possible causes and recommended next steps.
