MK4.5 - AC switches cold to ambient temperature frequently

Hello, 

Since I got my MK4.5 October22 it's had constant issues with the air conditioner during summer frequently flipping from cold to ambient/hot air. 

The garage and Ford UK customer service have been involved and the last blame was a loose cable to the compressor but here I am again with same problem. 

It only seems to happen when outside air temperature exceeds 30c and when driving. I can feel a fluctuation in airflow power before the air changes to hot, it's better when the blower is on fan speed 4 or lower and anything higher seems to expedite the issue occurring. 

 

Has anyone else encountered similar behaviour?
