Strange vibrating belt sound - Help Please

Featured Replies

I have a 2018 Focus 1.0 ecoboost.  After being parked for a couple of days I drive to work and i occasionally get a loud vibrating belt sound, usually when pulling off in first or second.  This happens for a couple of times on my first journey, then stops.  I dont then get it for the rest of my same journeys for the next few days that week.  It doesnbt do it in any other gear, and as i say, sounds like a slipping/vibrating belt sound but i can feel it through my clutch pedal.  The car drives perfect other than this.

It's baffling me a bit and just wondered if anyone had any ideas as to what it could be before I take it to a garage.  The car has had its wet belt changed by the way.

Thanks for your help.
