Gear issue - noise from the front and maintenance

Few days ago the gears had problem. They were stuck.

The transmission fluid had to be changed (also with additive).

The gears are fine.

Also there was a noise coming from the front and it was bit unsteady.

The ball joint and a top mount were changed.

Since the car was in workshop, oil and oil filter were changed due to annual maintenance.
