Hi from Norfolk!

Hi all - I'm not yet a ford owner, but we viewed a really nice 2012 ranger this evening and would love to make it work - problem is, its got a diesel leak after switching off... All the injectors have been done, it seems as though the leak is from the return line to the pump - any ideas? Alternatively - what's the worst I'm looking at?

A new engine to match the new chassis 👍

Ummm - I dont get it! Are you suggesting these things rust as bad as their engines are or something?

@Eric Bloodaxe (Roger) has already answered your question.

I own a 2022 Ranger Stormtrak which I love, but never intended to buy anything that new. I was advised by a well respected Ford mechanic on this forum that I shouldn't buy a Ranger before 2020 because of the chassis rust problems.
