TLDR - MK2.5 DASHCAM FUSE INSTALL - DUMMY'S GUIDE REQUEST!

I've recently got a Mk2.5 Ford Focus and I'm struggling to hardwire my dashcam! I am completly clueless as to electronics.

Could some PLEASSEEE put me out of my misery and explain step by step (IN SUPER SIMPLE LANGUAGE, I'M NOT TECHINCAL AT ALL) what equipement I need to purchase in order to install it in safely and how i go about setting it all up. 

From my reading Red wire (ACC) can go into Fuse 100 I think but not sure where Yellow (BAT+) should go. Also not sure where the best ground locaton is for the black wire. And do I need an spitter as there is already a fuse in 100???

I've attached a pic of the cables it came with.
