Has anyone else noticed when changing gear especially low down you can hear a click in the gear linkage only noticed when the windows are down does not effect car in anyway gear changes are smooth etc 2021 ford focus 1.0 ST line MHEV is this another normal characteristic of the car .?

    There is an official Ford fix for this exact issue.

    Close the windows, switch the AC on and turn up the radio. Problem solved 🤣

    You can often hear manual gear changes from outside a car, or inside if you have the windows open and no other noise from radio or blowers etc.  Not a problem if it shifts fine.
