can you give the part numbers for

park aid module

camera module

Wiring harness to module & rear parking sensor harness

i believe the ones on the car are not correct.

Can you help?

thanks

You have two posts for same issue

Which had no reply to the last questions, hence a new thread

can you help?

I've replied on the other one.

You have to bear with Forums, not everyone is online at once

Well if it were just plug and play, why are the replacement modules not working either

This is the reason i have ask the above questions.

i do not believe the one la in the vehicle are correct, hence the need for OEM part numbers or wiring schematics

Are they getting power?

Have you checked??

Is COMMs working?

  • Author

They are both getting power, but no comms

That's why they're not showing up then

Are you being serious? Are you deliberately being awkward?

ive put it all at the top.

i need OEM numbers for modules and harness?

can you help or make more snidey comments ?

Yes, why wouldn't I be? Are you?

How do you know you have the wrong modules if you've already said the harness has been cut and they're not talking?

They're not talking because they can't???

Try reading what I'm actually saying

I'm out

  • Author

Then you have not read what ive actually said.

I need the harness number or wiring schematics to rewire the units.

Comms will be a wiring issue and the wires cut are

white & white/blue. Both sides

all grounds

red/blue

blue from camera module

the issue is. I have 2 x white & white/blue, coming from harness, but only 1 x white & white/blue from the modules

so, i have 5 chopped wires from feed, but only 4 from the module side.

can you see the issue, now?

The difference in the available ends of the wires i.e the incorrect/non-matching wiring is obviously a major part of the fault and it would likely have saved a lot of angst if this had been mentioned in the first post as that is a vital part of understanding the history?
The wiring on the car would likely be correct so you will, as you say, need the correct module and probably a correct plug and part of the wiring loom - can your Ford dealer help?
I find that wiring diagrams are very rare and difficult to obtain.
I have Haynes Autofix and it's not perfect but maybe worth a try unless some kind person like @DaveT70 (now out of this thread) or @unofix,  treated correctly, has access to them but it may be too late for that.

They were menttioned previously, hence my frustration at the replies from dave.

as you can see, straight off the bat, he mentioned another thread, which he stopped replying to

ive messaged unofix and i am awaiting a reply

thanks

I only saw this thread, not the other and starting a new thread, as you can see, has caused a lot of confusion.

I'm not presently at home and don't have my laptop with me.

I'll take a look at what info I have but that might have to be tomorrow.
