MK1 retro fit adaptive headlights

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I have a 2008 2.5T that's had the facelift Titanium X dash and full interior fitted with BCM etc... I've got a pair of projector headlights I've fitted already, inside for scan I've changed the headlights to xenons. Now I wanted to check if anyone knows how many pins would be on my headlights loom for the adaptive lights to function. I have 11 pins on my loom and 10 on the headlights. I can't find info anywhere about the headlights I have being adaptive, I know they adjust up and down with the control dial by the headlight switch and it's working. I need to also find the AFS module if anyone knows where that is ? I am taking the steering column shroud off later to check it the steering angle sensor is fitted already to the titanium x sport setup we have. I didn't fit the interior so I don't know if it's there or not until I take things apart.

Cheers,

James
