Just gone and got myself a focus and the service history says the water pump and belt was done in 19 about 60k ago as it's a wet belt would it be worth doing in next year or do they last 80 to 100k

Waterpump is driven by the aux belt.  Are you sure they replaced the wet cambelt at the same time?

Impossible to say how long they'll last.  Generally we recommend around 8 years for average milage, but that also depends on the oil having been changed regularly with the correct type and never any engine flush being used.

if its done 60k since 2019, what had it done previously and what's the total mileage now?
