Turbo access/removal video or workshop for Focus Mk4 1.0 eco

Hi everyone,

I’m working on my Ford Focus Mk4 (2018–2021) ST-Line with the 1.0 EcoBoost engine, engine code B7DA (125 PS)***THE NEWLY REVISED 1.0 ECOBOOST WITH THE WET CHAIN AND TURBO AT THE BACK***. I’ve found plenty of videos showing turbo removal on various 1.0 EcoBoost models, but none that explicitly reference the B7DA engine code or official dealer workshop content.

If anyone here has access to:

1) A dealer or Ford college training video that shows how to access and remove the turbo on the B7DA engine,

2) Scanned pages or digital copies from the official Ford workshop manual for this engine’s turbo removal,

3) Or has personally worked on a B7DA turbo and can share detailed videos/ photos or step-by-step tips,

I’d really appreciate it if you could share them or point me in the right direction. I’m happy to cover any reasonable cost for official manual pages or materials.

ISSUE= Crazy wastgate rattle!!! I've purchased a cheapish replacement nearly new (3k miles) turbo from a friend of a friend who was breaking but wanted to see if a clip I've purchased will fix the issue before I fork out on paying for the labour to replace (plus they all rattle at some point so the longer the better). I know the clip fits as I've put it on the new one but want to know how to get access to the wastgate actually when on a ramp. Plus also check it doesn't interfere with the actuator movement under vacuum.
