Ford Focus CC Window Regulator

Featured Replies

Please someone help me. I've got a 2009 Focus cc, with a broken regulator, on the driver's side front. I've bought a repair kit but my MOT garage says they can't fit it and no one else seems to want to fit a part which they have not supplied. Does anyone know a solution, or can provide the name of a garage/mechanic who will help me out ?

Just Google "Bodgit and Scarper garages near me" and you should find plenty in the Greater London area.

Fit it yourself then

You will have to adjust the glass afterwards so it runs correctly.

I would count the adjuster threads on the old one before removing and then set the new one to that, it'll probably be near enough

Have to admire the optimism of this username.  Not expecting any more faults in future...

If the garages will fit their own part, could you just return yours for a refund?  Otherwise fit it yourself as above.
