No gps

Hi guys I have a 2014 focus navigator that on the screen says no gps I've renewed the antenna (screw on part) done a sync reset, master reset, disconnected battery for reboot & still not working, any advice would be grateful. Phil

    There's your problem right there. Only American cars have antenna's, the British cars have aerials !

    On a serious note the fault would not be the screw on part of the aerial, but it could possibly be the aerial base which on many Ford models include an aerial amplifier. Does the 2014 Focus not actually use the heated rear window elements for the GPS aerial ?

    Do you have a rear dashcam fitted ?
