how to connect forscan on a keyless car?

ok guys

i have tried for over half hour to connect my car to forscan but to no avail.

it says to press the start stop button twice but it goes off if i do that so i only pressed it once.

please see attachment on the adapter i bought:

    ok guys, an update

    i checked device manager and it had an exclamation mark next to the fs adapter meaning i had to install the driver doh!!! 🤦‍♂️

    i will do a test tomorrow.

    i think this is fixed now, completely forgot about the driver,

    onlyone code popped up, U2100 - Initial Configuration Not Complete.

    Status (-0A):

    - DTC Present at Time of Request

    - Malfunction IndicatorLamp is Off for this DTC

    this section is for the Hvac

    anyone one know what this means please?

    DTC code U2100-0A can be ignored.

    This code is the result of a software update of a particular module. The software update introduced additional configuration parameters which are not used on your specific vehicle and therefore are not present in the AS-BUILT data. The DTC code is generated because these configuration parameters are now empty.

    This DTC code can be removed by manually writing zeros to the configuration parameters that are now empty. This however requires some knowledge and since the DTC code does not affect functionality in any way it is much easier to just ignore it.
